Dear Steve,

Now that we are finally under construction on our new office building in Ashland, I wanted to take a few minutes and formally thank you and your employees for your efforts on our behalf to get this project off the ground. As you are well aware, there have been numerous challenges associated with this project. Were it not for your efforts above and beyond the call of duty, I doubt we would be moving ahead, either now or in the future.

I think I mentioned to you that I spent 27 years in the homebuilding industry prior to my current position. I routinely worked with architects and engineers, and I can honestly say that your performance and the performance of those who work for you has been superior to all others with whom I have worked. These have ranged from smaller regional firms to large national firms.

Getting a new home for our expanding business is critical to our future success. Had you not taken the steps you did to make sure this project would be successful, any other space we might have secured in Ashland would have been far inferior. Other options to meet our office space needs were quite bleak. Our employees there should be grateful to you, as l am.

I would be more than happy at any time to provide a glowing reference for you and your firm if needed. Thanks again for all of your hard work.
