When C&S Design & Engineering purchased this former auto supply building, even the city expected it to be torn down.  A rebuilt roof, new siding, insulation, windows and a completely reworked interior was all it took to make the building viable again.  Given a second life, the building is now providing us with the perfect space so that we can take on new projects and maybe save a few more buildings like this one.
