A small home, located on the shores of the Chequamegon Bay, was in need of some exterior upgrades, a little more space and a garage.  A new carriage house was added, featuring a 2-car garage and a second-floor office which opens onto a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake.  New siding was added to the home to match the carriage house, new stairs were added to provide access to the large beach and the large deck renovated.
