A decade of neglect had left this 1970s house full of water damage and mold.  To bring the 2800 square foot house back to life, it was gutted down to the studs in most locations and completely renovated to include four bedrooms, four and a half baths, ensuite.  Set atop a hill in Parkville, the grade quickly drops away in the back, making inhabitants feel like they are in a treehouse from almost any room in the house.
